Turnaround Time

The turnaround time for order processing is typically 7 to 14 working days, subject to availability and order volume.

Shipping & Delivery

• We use standard courier services, such as Aramex and The Courier Guy, for shipping orders within South Africa.
• A flat shipping fee of R120 applies to all orders (free for orders over R3000), unless otherwise specified.
• Orders will only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment.

Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notification. The final price for your order will be confirmed at checkout.

Payments

Orders will only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment. We accept secure online payments via credit/debit card, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), and other approved payment methods.

All custom made products and special orders are not returnable.

Slight colour differences may occur in different beads/material.
